My wife and I loved to include the Connaught lane (from the hippodrome down to the new development) on our ski treks, bicycle outings, jogs or dog walks, and we dreamed of a day when the path and even the hippodrome campus would be a well-maintained locale for skating, skiing, cycling, stopping by a creek and having picnics. So why not at least let the citizens discuss a whole different vision, such as a recreational park, maybe with mini-put, pony rides, skateboard area and fountains in summer and plenty of snow, ice and even sculptures in winter.
