Le temps est venu pour les citoyens d'Aylmer d'être inclus, écoutés et respectés par la Ville de Gatineau quant à l'avenir de leur secteur. La détermination de la vocation première du site historique du Parc Connaught d'usage RÉCRÉATIF depuis plus de 100 ans ne saurait être défini par des fonctionnaires et des développeurs résidentiels!

L'avenir RÉCRÉOTOURISTIQUE de notre ancien hippodrome doit être déterminé PAR les citoyen(ne)s et POUR les citoyen(ne)s!

Time has come for the citizens of Aylmer to be included, heard and respected by the City of Gatineau regarding the future of their distinct sector. The determination of the primary vocation of the historical Connaught Park, used as a RECREATIONAL site for over 100 years, cannot be left to the discretion of city bureaucrats and residential developers!

The RECREATIONAL and TOURISTIC future of our hippodrome must be determined BY the citizens and FOR the citizens!

Mayor Bureau cancels the 2nd workshop scheduled June 3rd!

Mayor Bureau has cancelled the 2nd workshop concerning the " Connaught Park residential and commercial planning".  He confirms that the recreational vocation of the old hippodrome will stay recreational and no zoning changes will be granted.
